The Hub @ SS2, Jalan Harapan, Kuala Lumpur
The Hub @ SS2 is a commercial development located on Jalan Harapan, Kuala Lumpur.
The development consists of a forty-three storey tower block and two four storey blocks on four basement levels of carparking. The tower, with a total gross floor area of 32,700 m2, houses 276 signature suites. The units have built-up area ranging from 305 to 1,958 ft2 and ten layout variations.
The two lower blocks accommodate retail offices with the block facing Jalan Harapan having seven lots and the block facing Jalan 17/47 having six lots with total net saleable area of 8,000 m2.
GBI certification is sought for the tower block only.
