The development consists of a twelve storey office block on a seven storey car parking podium. The vehicular drop off point is on Level 1 whilst Level 2 accommodates the main entrance lobby and a cafeteria as well as an external terrace and patio. Level 3 to 13 are the speculative office floors. Landscaping shrouds the car parking structure and is featured strongly on the open area on Levels 1 and 2 as well as the break out floor on Levels 5 and 7.
