Architects statement:

The site of this mixed development is located in a prominent location within the KLCC vicinity. Site challenges result in a layout consisting of a 50-storey tower at the north-eastern end of the site and a podium, which displays the facilities of the hotel. Hotel guest rooms and suites are located on the upper levels. The hotel lobby and podium are at the lower levels. Sandwiched in-between are the offices and the serviced apartments.
