The residential development consists of two blocks of serviced apartments on a five storey podium. The blocks have staggered heights ranging from 11 to 25 stories and accommodate 576 apartment units. The podium mainly houses car parking with part of the ground floor containing 36 retail units. 36 office lots are also found on the first floor with the fifth floor dedicated to recreational facilities for the apartments.
