Arnica serviced apartments, Tropicana Gardens @ Tropicana Indah Resort Homes, Selangor
Phase 1 of this mixed use development consists of Block B1, a 33 storey serviced apartment tower on part of a 5 storey retail podium over 4 levels of car parking. The tower accommodates 336 units with 9 layout variations. All floors on the tower are typical except for mechanical rooms on levels 14 & 24, and the top floor which houses the largest units. Common facilities are located on the podium and tower roof levels.
GBI rating is only pursued for the residential component, i.e. Block B1.
