Hampshire Place 2 Office Tower and Serviced Apartment, Kuala Lumpur
The project was conceived as an integrated development made up of a serviced apartment block and an office block. These take the form of two interlocking L-shaped, 30-storey blocks culminating in a total area of 700,000 ft2. The block housing the serviced apartment is oriented to maximize views of the KLCC Park whilst the block housing the office addresses Jalan Tun Razak, allowing direct access from there.
