The residential development consists of two similar towers with a 5 storied car parking podium. The floor plans of the towers are identical but the facade treatment varies. Block 1 is 42 storied whilst Block 2 is 43 storied. They accommodate 400 residential units each with four unit variations having built-up area ranging from 700 to 1,400 ft2. Recreational facilities are located on the podium roof levels, whilst a club house and a common amenities block are located on the ground level between the towers.
